The Order Process:

• A $50 non-refundable downpayment is required to begin the design process. Your downpayment will go toward the overall cost.

• We will send an invoice via the Email you provide on your order form.

• You will receive a design proof of you piece shown true to size, to give a sense of scale! (peep the picture below as an example!:)

• Once you approve your design we will invoice you for the remainder of your piece, and begin to bring your piece to life, entirely by hand!

• We’ll send pictures of your project throughout the process (unless you request the final product be a surprise!)

• Our pieces are typically backed with Command Strips, Sawtooth Hangers, or “D-Hooks” & Chain for larger sizes!

• Images of how your project is set up for hanging can be sent ahead of shipping to help you plan ahead!

• Each piece is sealed & finished with a semigloss spray paint to lock in the color & bring out the wood-burning!
