The Custom Order Process:

• A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to begin the design process (applied to your total).
• An invoice is sent to the Email you provide.
• You will receive a true to size design proof for approval prior to beginning your piece!

• Once you approve, we’ll invoice the balance and begin bringing your custom piece to life, entirely by hand!
• We’ll send progress pictures along the way (or keep it a surprise if you prefer!!)

• Pieces come ready to hang with Command Strips, Sawtooth Hangers, or “D-Hooks” & Chain (for larger projects).
• We can send photos of your hanging setup before shipping.
• Each piece is sealed with a semigloss spray paint to preserve the colors and woodburning!
